Why Recycle & Use Remanufactured Toner Cartridges?
Recycling keeps the old cartridges in use and out of the land fills. They are not biodegradable and remain in land fill indefinitely.
Laser Cartridge units are reusable products. They stop making copies only when toner bin is empty.
The cartridge case has indefinite life and new OPC drums and other parts can be installed when needed.
Recycle cartridges can save you 40% to 50% of new cartridges.
The quality of remanufactured toner cartridges meet or exceed the quality of new cartridges.
How we process Recycling Toner Cartridges?:
Our remanufactured toner cartridges undergo the following steps.
|
Step 1: |
The cartridge is pre-tested to determine its condition. |
|
Step 2: |
The cartridge is completely disassembled and parts are examined. Damaged parts are replaced with new parts. |
|
Step 3: |
Each part is thoroughly cleaned of any toner that may have been accumulated during the use or shipment. |
|
Step 4: |
The photosensitive drum is replaced with a new long life OPC drum as required by the test. |
|
Step 5: |
The cartridge will then be filled to its capacity with toner specific to your cartridge requirements; |
|
Step 6: |
Your laser toner cartridge will then be tested in a live printer for ten to twenty pages to assure the highest quality standards; |
|
Step 7: |
The remanufactured cartridge is sealed in a static and light proof foil bag and shipped to you with a fuser wand for your immediate use. |
